This website is managed by Deldiche NV, hereinafter referred to as Deldiche.

Deldiche processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. Please contact info@deldiche.be for further information, questions or comments regarding our privacy policy.

Processing purposes

Deldiche collects and processes the personal data of customers for its customer and order management (including customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring of the solvency and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Deldiche uses your personal data for the purpose for which you provided it to Deldiche. If you ask Deldiche for information about services and products, Deldiche will process your personal data in order to comply with that request. If you have registered for the newsletter, Deldiche will use your personal data to send the newsletter to you. If you place an order, Deldiche will use your personal data to process this order. When placing an order, your personal data for processing the payment transactions can be provided to companies associated with Deldiche, to courier services and/or to your bank. In addition, Deldiche may use your personal data to inform you about products or services that Deldiche offers and that could be of interest to you. To ensure the proper operation of the Deldiche website and that it meets the needs of our customers, Deldiche keeps track of the data of visitors to its website. In order to do this, Deldiche makes use of “cookies” and/or similar technologies. You will find details on this in our cookie policy.

It goes without saying that your data will not be sold. Any provision of your personal data to third parties other than those listed above will only take place with your explicit consent.

Legal ground(s) for the processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1. a) permission and b) necessary for the implementation of an agreement of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of Article 6.1. a) (permission), the customer always has the right to withdraw the given permission.

Transfer to third parties

If this is necessary to achieve the stated objectives, the personal data of the customer will be shared with other companies (of the Deldiche group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly connected with Deldiche or with any of its other partners. The categories of third parties are the suppliers of printing material, the accounting firm, hosting providers and mailing providers.

Deldiche guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data.

Retention period

The personal data that is processed for customer management will be retained for the period necessary to meet the legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

Right of inspection, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and transferability of personal data

The customer has the right to inspect his personal data at all times, and can correct it, or have it corrected, if it is incorrect or incomplete, can have it removed, can have its processing restricted and can express an objection to the processing of personal data that relates to him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to receive a copy of his personal data (in a structured, standard and machine-readable form) and to have his personal data transferred to another company.

In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the customer is requested to:

  • adjust the settings of his customer account himself; and/or
  • send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@deldiche.be.

You will receive and e-mail with an overview of the data that we have registered for you no later than 5 days following your request. Please inform us accordingly if there is any data that you want to change, supplement or delete.

If you wish to adjust or change the information that you have provided to us on the website, by e-mail, via a form or in any other way, please contact us by e-mail on info@deldiche.be.

Direct marketing

The customer is entitled to object free-of-charge to any processing of his personal data that is aimed at direct marketing.

Websites of third parties

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the websites of third parties that can be visited via links on this website.

Complaints

The customer is entitled to submit a complaint to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).
