Processing purposes

Deldiche collects and processes the personal data of customers for its customer and order management (including customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring of the solvency and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Deldiche uses your personal data for the purpose for which you provided it to Deldiche. If you ask Deldiche for information about services and products, Deldiche will process your personal data in order to comply with that request. If you have registered for the newsletter, Deldiche will use your personal data to send the newsletter to you. If you place an order, Deldiche will use your personal data to process this order. Legal ground(s) for the processing

If this is necessary to achieve the stated objectives, the personal data of the customer will be shared with other companies (of the Deldiche group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly connected with Deldiche or with any of its other partners. The categories of third parties are the suppliers of printing material, the accounting firm, hosting providers and mailing providers.

Deldiche guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data.

Retention period

The personal data that is processed for customer management will be retained for the period necessary to meet the legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

Right of inspection, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and transferability of personal data

The customer has the right to inspect his personal data at all times, and can correct it, or have it corrected, if it is incorrect or incomplete, can have it removed, can have its processing restricted and can express an objection to the processing of personal data that relates to him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
